MEET OUR STAFF

Since our opening, we continually receive compliments about the friendliness of our staff.  We think you will find them to be genuinely interested in the individual needs of you and your children.  Our goal is to meet your needs at all levels – from your phone calls to personal contact with us and every aspect of your visit.

We have four medical assistants in our office: Brandi, Ashley, Arri and Beth.   These ladies will greet you after signing in and assist you to an exam room to prepare you and your child for your visit with your pediatrician.  They have been trained to perform hearing screening starting from infancy, and vision screening starting at age 4 years.  You will find them to be very personable and happy to help you with any needs you may have during your visit.

Susan manages all our front desk activity. Megan is our medical records coordinator. They will check you in upon arrival for your appointment, confirm your demographic and insurance information and collect co-pays.

Monique is our insurance and billing coordinator and will gladly answer any billing question you might have.  She takes billing phone calls between the hours of 10am and 4pm.  The billing phone number is (314) 628-9949.

Albina, our office manager, oversees all that goes on in our office and is an available resource for any questions or concerns you may have.

MEET OUR PHONE NURSES

We have two telephone nurses: Emily and Juli.  They’re registered nurses with many years of pediatric triage experience.  They take and triage phone calls involving medical, developmental and behavioral issues.  They are experienced at helping you decide if and when your child needs to be seen in the office. They are in close contact with the doctors during office hours to ensure that all of your concerns are taken care of in a timely manner, and also help you schedule office appointments for illness.  Advice that is given over the phone is always communicated to the doctor the same day.
